CANCELLATION AND REFUND
At SPAC Box, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Should you need to cancel an order, we've established a cancellation policy to assist you effectively.
WE DON'T OFFER ANY SORT OF REFUNDS | REPLACEMENTS CAN BE DONE ON CERTAIN CONDITIONS, WE HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBLE TO REFUSE THE REPLACEMENTS.
Order Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel an order any time before it is ready to ship. cancellations cannot be accommodated. SPACBox sends you an email containing the items which are ready to ship and those comes under non-cancellation.
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers may contact customer service at support@spacbox.in, you may find the response in a reasonable time. Please provide the order number and relevant details to expedite the cancellation process.
Cancellation by Seller/Vendor/SPACBox: If, for any reason, the seller, vendor, or SPACBox cancels an order, the refund will be processed as follows:
The product item price alone will be refunded for the cancelled item(s) (partial product).
Delivery charges will be divided and refunded based on the number of items cancelled.
Cancellation by User/Customer: In the event that a user or customer decides to cancel an order, the entire product will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated accordingly.
Cancellation by SPAC Box:
Product Unavailability: In rare instances where the ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock prior to shipping, SPAC Box reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed.
Failed Order Processing: If an order cannot be processed due to unforeseen circumstances such as payment issues, technical errors, or any other reason before shipping, SPAC Box may cancel the order. Customers will be informed, and a refund will be initiated promptly.
Exceptions and Special Cases:
Customized Orders: Orders for customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced. Customers will be notified of such instances beforehand.
Promotional or Clearance Sales: Orders placed during promotional events or clearance sales may have specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective promotion for cancellation guidelines.

Return and Undelivered Orders Policy - SPACBox:
At SPACBox, we aim to provide quality products and services. Please read the following policy regarding returns and undelivered orders carefully.
No Return Policy:
We operate on a print-on-demand model to avoid unnecessary inventory and losses. Therefore, once an order is placed and processed, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
Exceptions for returns or replacements will only be considered if the product received is defective or damaged. In such cases, kindly reach out to our customer support at support@spacbox.in within 24hrs of receiving the product with relevant images and order details for further assistance.
Undelivered Orders:
In the event that a customer fails to accept the delivery or if the delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will issue a gift card for the full amount of the order (excluding shipping fees, if applicable) with a deduction for handling and processing.
The gift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order within 3 days from the date of the undelivered delivery.
Customers have the option to use the gift card to purchase other products available on our platform. If the customer prefers a redelivery, they can contact our support team to arrange for another delivery with additional shipping charges.
Product Replacement:
In cases where the delivered product is defective or damaged, SPACBox will evaluate the issue upon inspection and may offer a replacement of the product. Customers must notify our support team at support@spacbox.in within 24hrs of receiving the product, providing relevant details and images for assessment.
The goods are to be in the original packaging
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any merchandise at our sole discretion. in this case a partial amount worth gift card or coupon code will be issued.
Return of Replacement
The responsibility for both the cost and the risk associated with returning the goods lies with you. The goods should be sent to the specified address:
Handlooms & Hosieries, Besent Road, Near Raghavaiah Park, Next to Satya Sai Canteen Vijayawada-2, Andhra Pradesh 520002.
Location may vary from product to product, we ensure it is located into nearby wearhouse. Our executives will help you out with all the details once your replacement is approved
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any damage or loss of goods during the return shipment. To mitigate this risk, we strongly advise using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot provide a replacement until we physically receive the returned goods or receive proof of the return delivery.
The return should only process if our customer executive approves the request of replacement (As we are not in accepting the returns)
